Privacy at Sietch
How Sietch handles your data, in plain language.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and your connection working. Optional cookies let us count which pages and setup steps are useful. You choose the optional ones.
Your choice
Change your cookie choice at any time from the footer or your settings. When optional cookies are off, optional analytics stop immediately.
What we count
With your permission, we count the Sietch pages you open, selected buttons and setup steps, and broad language, country and device groups.
What is not collected
The sites you open after connecting, your traffic, your connection files, passwords, raw IP addresses, anything you type, screen recordings, and mouse movements.
How long we keep it
When optional analytics are on, raw events are kept for 90 days. Non-identifying daily totals are kept for up to 24 months.
Deletion and withdrawal
Deleting your account removes your identity and every record linked to it. Anonymous totals that were never linked to you stay.
Running the service
Your account, free week, chosen country and connection status are stored separately so Sietch keeps working whatever you choose about optional cookies.
